Tobias Winters (冬のトビアス, Fuyu no Tobiasu), is a Diviner of the North American Branch of the Soul Society. He is a member of the Research Department and of the Historics and Records Department and has recently become a member ofTeam Lucidum. He is the younger brother of Marcus Winters.
